During our recent family vacation at Vital, we found the hotel to be a welcome haven with a variety of family-friendly amenities. Our journey from Bristol was long, but the staff were exceptionally accommodating, allowing us an early check-in at 9 am, which was greatly appreciated by my little ones. The hotel features a pleasant pool area that provided hours of entertainment for the children, while the adults enjoyed a peaceful lounge by the poolside bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the special May Day barbecue event, which not only offered fantastic food but also created a lovely atmosphere for families to connect. The spacious rooms were basic but adequate, and it was reassuring to have air conditioning during our stay. Breakfast and dinner had a healthy variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. Vital proved to be a delightful choice for families seeking a relaxing getaway with plenty of options.
